The Dollarmaker is a patented automated cash handling machine that changes
$20 or $100 bills into One-Dollar bills while providing a coupon to the customer.

THE RAINMAKER

Energize the stage with the Rainmaker  shower feature. The machine will give the
option of "showering" the stage dancer with One Dollar bills, or dispensing them
through the machine as change. The energy and excitement generated at your
stage, will set the mood for the entire club.

Adding to that excitement level is the sound of rumbling thunder  through your
sound system, accompanied by the effect of lightning, alerting everyone in the
club what's about to happen in just a couple of seconds. This feature has proven
to be the most dynamic of all.

The Dollarmaker can become a reliable source of additional revenue for an exotic
dance establishment. The Dollarmaker enables an exotic dance establishment
to not only make money, but to save money, all while providing customers a

The Dollarmaker's uniquely patented process allows the establishment to
provide a coupon to the customer in place of a certain pre-determined amount of
cash. The Dollarmaker was placed on test in two exotic dance establishments,
one that served alcohol and one that did not, to determine the impact of the
machine. The customers at the establishment were able to exchange Twenty
Dollars and receive Eighteen Dollars and a coupon worth either Two Dollars off a
drink, or a discounted Two-for couch dance. The tests proved very positive as the
number of transactions per month averaged about 500.

It is now proven that the Dollarmaker makes money and saves money, while
providing a valuable service to customers.

Create an Untapped Revenue Source.  The machine provides the establishment
the ability to earn Two Dollars for every time a customer needs to change a
Twenty Dollar bill into One Dollar bills. Many establishments have hundreds of
such transactions occurring daily and thousands of such transactions monthly.

Increase Drink Sales.  The machine provides the establishment with a way             
( through the issuance of a coupon ) to increase drink sales by providing a
discount off of a particular drink. Discounting drinks has proven to be an effective
marketing tool for increasing drink sales ( e.g. the Two Dollar Tuesday special at
some clubs and the ongoing daily drink specials that are periodically announced
in almost all clubs).

Allow Waitresses and Bartenders to Sell More Drinks.  Currently, your waitresses
and bartenders  must provide change to customers. When the transaction is
performed without the machine, the establishment makes no money, and the
waitress and bartender waste valuable time to accommodate the customer.
During this transaction the waitress or bartender must take the currency from the
customer, count the One Dollar bills that are to be exchanged, and then watch the
customer count the bills again. This process can take up to 2 to 3 minutes, and at
times done improperly creating other problems and time delays. Assuming 2 or 3
minutes and 200 such transactions per day ( 70 hours per week, or 300 hours
per month ) that your employees could have been doing other work., such as
selling more drinks.

Increase Couch Dances.  The machine provides the establishment with a way      
( through issuance of a coupon ) to increase couch dances by providing a
discount off two (or more). Discounting couch dances has proven to be an
effective marketing tool to motivate customers into getting them. Virtually every
club provides  "blue light" or other specials that allow customers more than one
dance for a discount. These specials have proven to be valuable methods to
encourage customers to get couch dances. Once a customer receives one
dance, they are generally more receptive to getting more.  

Like Getting An Extra Employee

Provide Better Customer Service.  The machine provides the establishment with
a 24 hour employee that will seldom call in sick. The "employee" would be in your
establishment for customers to immediately use whenever they need One Dollar
bills. There are many occasions when customers need change and the
waitresses or bartenders are busy. Having to wait for change discourages a
customer from spending the money, frustrates the dancers when the customer
can't pay, and creates ill-will with your customers in general as they try to get the
attention of a waitress or bartender to merely get change. By being available all
the time, the machine provides your customers timely, convenient service.

Generate additional revenue from your otherwise non-revenue generating
customers. Generally your drinking customers will obtain One Dollar bills during
the process of getting change while paying for their drinks. If on the occasion
these customers run out of One Dollar bills before their next drink, they can
quickly go to the machine to get their change, and happily use the coupon for their
next drink or couch dance. On the other hand, it is your non-drinking (or one time
drinking) customers who are generally not getting couch dances either, that are in
more need of One Dollar bills because they are not buying drinks. These are your
non-revenue generating customers, the ones all establishments know and learn
to tolerate. However, having your employees spend time providing change to
these customers takes away valuable time they could be spending on revenue
generating customers. Now you can generate revenue from these people,
whereas before you could not. Plus, while getting their change from the
